Order & Shipping
Self-service:
You will receive an order confirmation email (check your spam folder). To track your order, click the tracking number in the email or visit 17track.net and paste your tracking number.
If you haven't received the order confirmation, provide your order number, recipient name, or email, and we will help you track it.
Discreet shipping: 4.99€ for orders under 68.99€; free for orders over 68.99€. Processing takes 1-2 days, shipping takes 3-10 days. We use UPS, USPS, DHL, and 4PX with local warehouses in the US, Canada, Germany, and France.
To ensure your privacy and security, while your name will appear on the package, product details will not be visible.The package will be discreetly packed in a cardboard box and mailing bag to protect your privacy.

Returns & Support
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service by email within 90 days for assistance.
We accept returns or exchanges for unopened, unused, or unworn products within 30 days. Due to health and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, check around your home or see if someone else signed for it. If it’s still missing, contact your local post office or courier to confirm the package’s location and inform us. We’ll help you resolve the issue.
